Please note that all applicants must be board certified or board-eligible (residency completion date and date of board exam must be provided) at the time application for membership is made.
Medical staff privileges are a requirement for membership in APP. If you are not currently on the medical staff of an Advocate Health Care hospital or Silver Cross Hospital (which is clinically integrated with APP) and have not applied for medical staff privileges, we encourage you to contact the hospital medical staff office.
If you are on the staff of an Advocate hospital or have submitted your application (not the pre-application) for medical staff privileges, please contact the Field Operations Team for the PHO to which you wish to apply.
